We are now seeking a Law Clerk. This is legal research labor that include examining briefs and other similar legal papers, identifying significant problems, performing research into applicable legislation, precedents, and other relevant situations, and preparing opinions, orders, adjudications, and similar documents. The job is conducted directly for and under the direction of a Court of Common Pleas appointed Judge.

- Discuss cases with judges to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Additional tasks include drafting judgements in civil and criminal matters as well as imposing penalties.
- An in-depth look at the legal arguments and authority provided by both sides, as well as research into whether or not those arguments and authority are legitimate or correct.
- Prepare to travel with the principal to help with client engagements and other similar events.

- Prepares court presentations by putting together, organizing, and indexing evidence exhibits.

- Develop website elements that can be used by legal professionals by looking at business prospects in this market first.
- Ascertain the need for further proof or information before developing a plan to get it.
- Pretrial briefs and other submissions are reviewed to ensure that all relevant material has been included; summaries the information given, highlighting relevant problems and other notable components; and ensures that all relevant information has been included. In en banc panel matters, creates several summaries for all of the judges engaged in the case.
