As a creative director, you will oversee the conception, implementation, and adherence to creative principles and inventive tactics that establish or maintain brand equity for both new and existing goods across our various portfolios. By leading and mentoring a team of design professionals (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.) and participating in multidisciplinary cross-functional teams (strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.), this position supports and drives the department’s overall efforts and strategic vision. It also frequently collaborates with external consultants, freelancers, and agency partners. The Creative Director will confidently and modestly discuss high priority initiatives with senior management. The creative director must be able to explain the design thinking behind their work and defend it while remaining receptive to suggestions and different viewpoints. Your success in this position depends on your ability to communicate your vision clearly, both orally and visually. Candidates for this position must be able to work comfortably and willingly in dynamic environments, such as brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops.

- Collaborates with Account Management’s head and the department’s upper echelons to establish goals, timelines, and deliverables, and to ensures that all costs are kept within acceptable limits.

- A master’s degree in design, advertising, or communications and 6 years of related work experience, with increasing levels of responsibility in package design.
- Expert maintaining composure under pressure and effectively coping with change and multitasking.
- Expertise in packaging design including common design, production and cost considerations.
- proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and the Apple Macintosh operating system.
