Job Description

A Customer Service Lead is needed to assist with a range of client initiatives. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot basic technical issues, cultivate strong customer relationships, fact-find to uncover needs while recognising opportunities and trends to share with key partners, and ensure that all of our clients receive satisfactory resolutions to their concerns. Candidates should be natural problem solvers who strive to provide consistently excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • By properly processing communications and resolving issues, you may ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Calls should be handled with civility, promptness, and professionalism on both the inbound and outbound sides.
  • Attend meetings and trainings, and read all new training material, to stay up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures.
  • Employ your expertise and training to deliver accurate responses to client queries while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Extend and improve an existing knowledge database.
  • Customers’ complaints should be directed to the proper internal or external partners.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed.
  • Observe all privacy and personal information policies.
  • Observe all attendance and work schedule standards with vigilance.
  • In the appropriate systems/spreadsheets, document and handle client claims appropriately.

Skills:

  • A sharp eye for detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, are necessary.
  • It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely linked to these fields.
  • It is necessary to be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
  • Individuals that are self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritising, and meeting deadlines independently are necessary.
  • Experience in retail, online, or a similar business is necessary.
