Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Al Hait
Job Description
The Customer Service Lead is in charge of the customer service area’s day-to-day supervision and manages internal security activities. Other responsibilities include cash room/reconciliation work, customer service, and student communication. The Customer Service Supervisor is solely responsible for this full-time role.

Qualifications:
- Respectfully, quickly, and professionally handle all inbound and outbound calls.
- Use the right systems/spreadsheets to accurately document and handle client claims.
- To stay up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures, attend meetings and trainings and read all new training material.
- Maintain an accurate record of your attendance and work schedule.
- Use your expertise and skills to deliver accurate responses to customer queries while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with all confidentiality and personal information requirements.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed.
- Extend and strengthen the information base that already exists.
- By properly processing communications and resolving issues, you may ensure first-contact resolution.
- Customer complaints should be sent to the right internal or external partners.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely related field preferred.
- Organizational and communication abilities, as well as meticulous attention to detail, are required.
- It is recommended that you use the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
- Must be a self-starter who can move, prioritize, and fulfil deadlines on their own.
- 2+ years in a retail or ecommerce-related sector or industry.
