- Job Complexity – Works on jobs that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring only modest judgments outside of existing processes, but recognizes the need for occasional departures from established procedures. In decision-making, it plays a minor or non-existent role.
- Ascertain that all customer and bank operational, internal audit, and security requirements, as well as general practices, are followed.
- It is necessary to be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets.

- Pay great attention to the finer points of the situation. You’re in charge of audits and must be extremely exact. A minimum of 98 percent accuracy is required.
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, administration, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Rearrange the paper formats, backups, and material source files as necessary.
- Data must be input, updated, and validated in order for corporate databases to work successfully.
- Viewing and authenticating sensitive or confidential customer/client information; ensuring the safety of customer/client information and identities.
- Assist technical workers with computer and software problems.
- Intermediate computer skills are essential, as well as familiarity with Microsoft software.
