Qualifications:

- making sure all employees can take advantage of the company’s training and development opportunities so that they’re up to speed on the business’s inner workings and protocols.
- collaboration with the Chief Dentist and his or her staff to improve the quality of dental care and management
- works in tandem with HR to manage hiring, firing, interviews, and staffing needs.
- manages office policy and procedure and keeps employees apprised of any changes.
- Supervision of all administrative processes and operations.
- Processes in the workplace that need to be analyzed and arranged include payroll, cash management, invoice processing, and more.
- Create and suggest initiatives to enhance office efficiency, patient retention, and revenue.
Skills:
- Proves the ability to forge alliances, both internally and with patients.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- comprehensive knowledge of the procedures, technical requirements, and systems linked to dentistry.
- Candidates with managerial experience in a dental practice and a bachelor’s degree or above are preferred.
- Acquired via personal study and research expertise in the relevant systems and technology.
