Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator is in charge of the business office’s activity coordination. Which may include registration and check-out, scheduling, the ability to undertake clinical tasks within the area of their expertise, as well as staff training and oversight of the aforementioned functions. Additionally, the Scheduling Coordinator should be prepared to assist with special tasks as asked by the Practice Manager and will keep the Practice Manager informed of daily office activities.

Qualifications:
- manually allocate field activities like travel time and equipment rentals to field staff.

- Accurately answer incoming phone calls and email messages. Make outbound calls or emails to clients or interpreters to follow up on assignments, resolve cancellations or questions, or reschedule services for customers.
- The impact of modifications on the timetable may be determined by analyzing important pathways and restrictions, as well as recommending solutions.
- Access to all necessary information, such as medical records and lab results as well as images and new patient letters from the OR and PAT, may be obtained and made available to the physician using this method.
- Convey to management any irregularities you see in the field personnel’ performance so that they may be addressed.
