Qualifications:
- The designer oversees the whole process personally and actively to guarantee that the product is as good as it can be before any samples are manufactured.
- Respond to teachers, staff, and students’ technical requests in a timely way by being proactive and providing exceptional customer service. This includes answering calls, e-mails, walk-ins, and other kinds of technical requests in a customer pleasant and efficient manner.
- In the face of the unknown, demonstrate fearlessness and a desire to bring order to chaos via design inquiry. In addition to working on different projects, you will conceptualize and contribute on campaign concepts and experiences alongside Creative Directors.
- We need to preserve and enforce our brand rules (typefaces, materials, and color palettes) while we expand our current services and establish new ones.
- Involved in developing and expanding a library of graphic assets for use in a range of advertising, marketing, and product-related endeavors.
- Responsible for maintaining a thorough grasp of the company’s strategy and brand objectives, as well as for keeping the brand moving ahead while collaborating with partners across the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate departments.
- Work that inspires and motivates our Design team, as well as a model for other designers to follow, should be the focus of our proposals and projects.
- Among other things, you’ll be a subject-matter expert in all things design. You will also be able to lead your clients, team members, and coworkers to think about ways to solve business problems while also meeting the needs of both the brand and the customer. You’ll work closely with our Creative Directors, as well as a group of Strategists, Project Managers, and Account Teams who all have different skills.

- Your efforts should go above and beyond their specified objectives, and they should uncover other possibilities inside the client’s firm.
Skills:
- graphic solutions for digital and experiential, product/service design and narrative projects that highlight the advantages of a diverse approach to the design process.
- Portfolio demonstrates strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, including a thoughtful use of typography, color, composition and illustration to achieve branding and marketing objectives.
- When working in any industry, with any consumer, wherever in the world, one must be able to adapt and have the self-confidence to do so (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). Someone who picks things up quickly and can jump right in to assist the team out when they need it.
- Proven success working on integrated initiatives using digital, social, and/or new media; the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Having a good grasp of how creativity can help businesses meet their goals while still adhering to and encouraging their brand’s aesthetic and communication standards is important.
