Full-Time Designer – Al-Ahsa
Job Description
We need a Brand Designer who can help us expand our presence and develop our brand by designing memorable, interesting, and meaningful interactions with our customers. You’ll be working under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Brand Design, with other creatives such as brand designers, copywriters, animators, and storytellers, to develop the company’s brand.

Qualifications:
- Motivate designers and partners to improve their work by sharing knowledge about best practices, the design process, and creative thinking.
- Work together with the product teams to expand your knowledge, spot potential improvements, and generate suggestions about how to implement them.
- To better understand the organization, its products, and its target audience, you will conduct brand workshops and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as design, research, marketing, and product management, to better serve our consumers.
- Take part in regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the rest of the creative team.
- Learn to identify and debate compromises with your team as you navigate the technical and creative constraints of a project.
- Make the diagrams, storyboards, prototypes, and design requirements for your product.
- Work with the other members of the Brand Design team and the Design leadership to develop, expand, and maintain the brand’s visual identity.
- By using a brand lens, you’ll develop persuasive documentation of the company’s understanding of the industry, significant rivals, advantage-building strategy, and long-term goals.
- You will create thorough brand documentation to ensure continuity and advise future branding choices.

- A body of outstanding design work that demonstrates your capacity to create memorable encounters.
- ability to effectively communicate with coworkers from other departments, including those responsible for data analysis, product marketing, and product design.
- user-centered design (UCD) is an approach to visual communication that puts people first.
- Among the deliverables you are confident in and enthusiastic about are logo design, package design, editorial layout, marketing sites, and marketing campaigns.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in brand design (think: digital first, fundamental human needs, complexity; for example: financial services, healthcare, real estate)
