Job Description

Assist other internal team members in implementing and measuring national sponsored social media efforts. For the organization’s objectives, this job will help in the creation and implementation of sponsored social media campaigns, focusing on possibilities to enhance KPIs and goals.

  • Establishes and directs marketing campaigns, conducts citizen surveys and communications, and produces and evaluates the effectiveness of each, all while preparing submissions for program recognition and publication.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to create a design that complies with regulations, delivers value to the customer, and is both long-lasting and robust.
  • Make strategic/tactical suggestions based on your own notes from meetings and weekly calls.
  • Make suggestions for the acquisition and maintenance of digital media equipment. Recognize and resolve difficulties with digital media systems. Prepare cost estimates for a variety of different equipment options. Conserve university funds.
  • Update photographs, video embeds, and textual information on the website whenever it is necessary.
  • Work with the Acquisition Manager to improve the performance of partners, such as third-party creative agencies, other paid digital platforms, or affiliate/incentivized traffic agencies.
  • Maintain customer relationships and look for ways to improve client efficiency via programming.
  • Participation in the preparation of presentations and the dissemination of information to upper management officials. Preparing notes during meetings and on weekly phone conversations in order to aid in the development of strategic and tactical ideas for the corporation.
  • The digital analytics team should assist generate reporting, analysis, and optimization ideas for sponsored social programs.
  • Ensure search engine optimization, accessibility, and the appropriate functioning of links on the website (quality assurance). Web metrics may be used to track and assess campaigns and initiatives.


  • Make suggestions for the acquisition and maintenance of digital media equipment. Recognize and resolve problems with the digital media system. Prepare cost estimates for a variety of possible equipment options. Conserve and manage university resources.
  • Ability to set and achieve strict deadlines, alter course as required, and handle many projects simultaneously.
  • Must have extensive computer abilities, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and social media account administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by treating customers and colleagues with professionalism and respect.
  • Communication, organization, analytical and strategic thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
