Job Description
We are looking for an Editor in Chief to take the helm of the brand. The Editor in Chief is accountable for leading the editorial team and developing and editing material that adheres to the brand’s voice and message. The Editor in Chief will supervise all material created and should have considerable expertise across all media, including digital, print, and social, as well as experience building and managing diverse teams. By producing unique and innovative ideas, the ideal applicant will conceive compelling, relevant content.

Qualifications:
- Design and deliver a company-wide content marketing strategy: Create a contemporary, best-in-class content marketing strategy that accelerates the Company’s thought leadership and commercial development with institutions, investors, and consumers.
- Check that the team knows the editorial and business strategy, and communicate corporate facts and decisions to ensure that employees understand the company’s overall success as well as their own role in the company’s overall success.
- New goods and distribution techniques will be tested to better reach our target customers in order to cultivate a culture of excellence inside our organization.
- Set up processes for reporting on the best platform and at the best time for journalists, producers, and editors.
- It is your responsibility to supervise the whole content marketing lifecycle, from strategy and planning through publishing and distribution, as well as analytics and measurement.
- Content data and performance should be evaluated in order to proactively drive content optimization and effectively communicate the impact of the Editorial strategy to key stakeholders in a timely and efficient way.
- Describe and create story concepts that emphasize the many people and organizations striving to achieve educational equity and the broader, linked ecosystem.
- It is necessary to construct a strategic thought leadership and data-driven editorial strategy that will assist us in improving our brand’s reputation and establishing trust with the media, prospects, and clients we want to target.
- An editor at Input is in charge of making sure that everyone is on time, communicating with each other, looking over Input’s budget, planning events and stories, and setting up pitch workflows and workflows.
- Set, evaluate, and revise the brand’s tone and style standards to ensure clarity of message across media and platforms.
Skills:
- Knowledge of the financial markets and the most pressing global issues is required for this position.
- This role requires a combination of business acumen, editing and proofreading expertise, networking prowess, and the ability to lead a team toward meeting company goals.
