Job Description
You should be able to help us build high-quality websites that are both easy to use and show off our clients’ brands in a way that makes sense for them. It is the job of the Digital Director to make sure that projects like micro sites and minor updates get done, as well as more complex websites with a lot of interactive features. This is a client-facing, hands-on job that is in charge of the overall quality of all digital and interactive projects, from scoping to building, deploying, and supporting them, all the way through.

Qualifications:
- Working with internal teams and third-party suppliers on web and mobile design and development; managing websites; and generating and evaluating online traffic are all required qualifications for this position.
- New administration tools or upgrades to existing ones should be proposed and defined for internal or external usage.
- Ensure that the project is properly scoped, defined, and presented, and that regular status meetings are held to keep everyone updated on the project’s progress. Manage and/or execute development from beginning to end.
- Ensure that you have a thorough awareness of industry problems and trends, particularly those affecting accessibility, usability, and new technology.
- Report on the digital program’s activities, including both sponsored and organic content.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible for providing excellent advise, evaluation, and continuous optimization on proposed agency strategies during media briefings to ensure they are properly received.
- Short-form television and online videos that promote our company’s image and drive traffic to our website will be your responsibility under this contract.
- Using contemporary DevSecOps processes, optimize the development and delivery of features with the objective of providing business value to end users numerous times per day.
- Determine the effectiveness of your efforts by analyzing website traffic, pay-per-click campaigns, search engine rankings, and other data sources.
- Our digital marketing plan must be aligned with our entire brand strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, and advertising on your own website. In order for us to attain the desired degree of customer engagement, we must use all of our digital platforms.
Skills:
- Expertise in the latest web development tools and technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and others, including ASP.NET Web Forms and web services and code versioning tools.
- Maintaining one’s composure when working in a high-pressure setting is a critical skill.
- Extensive experience doing a range of digital media testing, including but not limited to randomized control trials, A/B tests, and platform brand lift studies is desirable.
- Work experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy organizations, or other comparable marketing activities is a must.
- It’s crucial to be able to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a large audience in a manner that they can understand and enjoy.
