This position will function as a leader and strategist for the Company’s media strategy. He or she will delegate duties and drive decision-making while also managing the timeline and budget for all deliverables. The Chief Marketing Officer is in charge of this post (CMO).

  • Collaborate with media buyers and suppliers to handle the analysis, negotiation, and acquisition of advertising channels – including print, digital, outdoor, television, and radio/streaming audio, among others.
  • Use social media trends to help customers; teach younger workers about new trends and how they could be used to their jobs; and stay on top of social media trends.
  • Develop rapport and strong connections with colleagues in creative services, digital, and marketing to ensure that clients’ business objectives are accomplished, communications programs are linked, and internal capabilities are properly used.
  • Media campaigns, journeys and audience strategies tailored to specific target audiences should be developed.
  • Customers will receive and interpret social media reports from you; you will generate and provide strategic suggestions based on the contents of social media reports.


  • Excellent understanding of digital and direct response marketing in an e-commerce environment, including Paid Social, Display, Search, and Affiliates; experience managing a multi-channel business and/or driving online-to-offline projects is a great asset.
