Qualifications:
- Scope and requirements; WBS and timeline management; Priority management; Role/Duty assignment; and other project lifecycle management activities.
- Change, procedure, and best practices are promoted to business and technical team members via project management training.
- Analyzes and minimizes project risks by conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, building contingency plans, predicting dependencies influenced by existing project changes, and recommending strategies to mitigate future risks to the management.
- In this job, the project manager makes sure that the project’s budget and financial elements are well-understood and well-managed by coordinating and directing all parts of project scheduling, resource forecasting, financial management, and other tasks.
- Charged for making sure strategies are implemented in order to fulfill the demands of customers and to improve the abilities of lower-level project managers.
- Responsible for ensuring that cross-functional projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Track the progress of your project’s execution plan in respect to the overall deliverables.
- Recommends or requests resources to satisfy project needs, conveys a clear picture of business project goals and objectives and gives functional knowledge input for deliverables worked on by the team in a complex and big project management team
- The utilization of lean manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution process improvement strategies should be considered when determining where to focus resources.
- The project team and stakeholders benefit from the subject matter expertise and knowledge management provided by the project manager, who also assures customer satisfaction via the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Evaluate the status of all project deliverables, like design papers, test plans, training materials, and operations documents, to make sure they are of great quality.
Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of the project development life cycle, including the capacity to organize and prioritize several complicated projects.
- Extensive experience over the last six years applying project life cycle methodologies in a variety of settings (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
- Develop and expand a strong team to support and sustain profitable growth while also offering opportunities for our team members’ personal and professional development.
- The ability to translate corporate needs into detailed technical, functional, and operational evaluations
- Process work flows, Excel, Power Point, and great communication skills are required to summarize project progress and explain significant issues/milestones.
