You’re always coming up with novel concepts, whether it’s an A/B test or an easier approach to do a task. Your digital marketing expertise has taught you how to create eye-catching email and display ads that encourage consumers to click through. You have excellent management abilities, and you can build and motivate a large team to achieve ambitious goals with clear roles and duties. You have a passion for working with internal clients as a partner to find more efficient solutions, and you also enjoy the role of coach and mentor.

Qualifications:
- Maintain the creative direction and expectations for certain projects, making sure they align with the client, brand, store, and overarching company goals.
- Kick up projects with internal clients, manage their progress, and come up with new ways to meet the demands of the business.
- Lead creative projects and teams from ideation to pixel-perfect delivery, in partnership with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management teams.
- Achieve or exceed sales, client retention, and new business goals.
- Produce advertising materials for online channels including email, website, online display, and others as directed.
- Making innovative consumer marketing and promotion materials for agency, client, and new business projects.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of product specifications and familiarity with promotional media vendors are prerequisites.
- Boost brand awareness and revenue by leading a team of designers and writers in creating promotional materials.
- Deliver results-oriented, on-brand content by sticking to the guidelines established for the campaign or brand in question.
- By setting the tone and aesthetic for a variety of projects and campaigns and actively contributing to their design, you can inspire participation and participation.
Skills:
- ability in developing brands and the knowledge to successfully incorporate them into all aspects of a campaign.
- A BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a similar discipline is required, as is an equivalent visual design degree.
