Qualifications:
- Take part in deliberations with C-suite client executives so that agency resources can be coordinated to meet client needs and help the business grow.
- Oversee the entirety of an acquisition or performance campaign’s digital channel planning, launch, optimization, and performance measurement.
- Maintaining Oversee the annual budgeting process in addition to the monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting and reporting of channel-level traffic, revenue, expenditure, ROI, and other performance KPIs.
- Create new ideas and possibilities to ensure the success of client campaigns.
- Maintain a steady regimen of analysis and optimization of channel performance to guarantee that it meets or exceeds targets, and share your results with the rest of the acquisition team and the marketing leadership.
- Continuously monitor performance, do A/B and multivariate testing, segment customers, foster teamwork and innovation, and optimize landing pages among other areas for enhancement.
- control the customer connection for the agency, client administration for the connected services, and digital media.
- lead the development of digital marketing strategies (with a concentration on sponsored social) and the management of engagement programs and campaigns that successfully attract and retain high-value customers.
- Perform regular A/B tests and monitor campaign traffic, delivery, and activity to gather analytics data and provide campaign improvement suggestions.
- You may help the team succeed by maintaining high quality standards and applying them immediately to all client work.
Skills:
- Successful history of proposing new business to existing and potential clients.
- competency in planning and executing multi-faceted campaigns with a focus on sponsored social media.
- A minimum of five years’ experience as a media professional, preferably with or for an agency.
- Proven ability to pick up and master new productivity applications alongside expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- adept in leading client presentations both in-person and over the phone, with a particular emphasis on quarterly business reviews.
