Qualifications:
- Engage with senior client executives to align critical agency resources to fulfill the needs of the client and expand the client’s business.
- Contribute to the team’s success by checking that all of the best practices are met and applied to client work on schedule.
- Manage the annual budgeting process in addition to the monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting of channel-level traffic, revenue, expenditure, ROI, and other performance KPIs.
- Maintain an ongoing analysis and improvement of the channel’s performance to ensure it meets or exceeds targets, and disseminate your results to the wider acquisition team and marketing leadership.
- Create new ideas and possibilities to ensure the success of client campaigns.
- Conduct all aspects of a digital acquisition or performance campaign, including planning, launching, optimizing, and measuring success.
- Maintain Constant Level of Optimization through ongoing performance monitoring, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, collaborative creativity, landing page optimization, and other means of improvement.
- Constantly analyze data gathered from testing and monitoring of campaign distribution, traffic, and activity, and use that information to suggest ways to improve the campaign.
- manage the development of digital marketing (with a focus on sponsored social) and the execution of engagement programs and campaigns that result in profitable, long-term partnerships with clients.
- Managing your customer relationships for digital media and related services is your responsibility.
Skills:
- Proven track record of selling new products or services to existing customers.
- media expert with at least five years’ experience who is now employed by or affiliated with an agency.
- Capable of leading client presentations in person and over the phone, with a heavy emphasis on quarterly business reviews.
- Ability to quickly pick up and master new productivity tools in addition to expert skill with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
