An Operations Supervisor is needed to help the company continue to expand and profit by ensuring that the highest standards of account productivity, accuracy, customer service and organization are maintained at all times. Qualifications:

  • Managing a self-directed team (s). The manager selects and mentors staff. The team’s overall direction is set. Identifies and implements team training programs. Decides on pay, employment, and dismissal.
  • Make that the US Treasury Currency Operations Manual, FRS Custody Control Principles and Standards, and local operational procedures are followed.

  • Confidentiality must be maintained at all times while the area is administered as effectively and professionally as feasible.
  • Confirm that all shipping documentation are completed on schedule and correctly. Ensure timely pick-ups and recoveries while reducing costs. Input customer rate quotations or freight charges.
  • Guarantee that all department workers get specialized and extensive orientation, skills and safety training, suitable materials and information, frequent assessments, and proactive coaching to facilitate their ongoing growth.
  • It is essential that workers and others be made aware of any difficulties that may impair collaboration or procedures, resources, or other commitments. It is critical to maintain regular contact with the local Field Engineer.

Skills:

  • The individual has a highly extensive knowledge of job-related software applications, as well as internet and Microsoft Office. Perform operations of multiplication and division utilizing US and/or international currency, weight, volume, and distance measures, in addition to other units of measurement.
  • There must be a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field (preferably in a cash handling environment). Applicants who already have prior banking expertise will be given priority. Experience serving in a supervisory capacity within an operations team or another functional area that is relevant is necessary for level II. In order to advance to Level III, you need to have at least five years of experience.) Experience that is significant includes things like completing work in collaboration with other individuals and displaying great leadership abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, finance, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. Experience in a comparable field. 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience is required. Industry experience is preferred.
