Qualifications:
- Controls, laws, and procedures, such as the United States Treasury Currency Operations Manual, the Federal Reserve System Custody Control Principles and Standards, and local operating procedures, must be followed.
- Inform workers and others on choices that influence teamwork, processes, resources, and other responsibilities. It is necessary to connect and communicate with the local Field Engineer on a daily basis.
- Helps the goals of the department or division. This person’s opinion has an impact on everything from goods and service practices to corporate objectives. A project manager is responsible for ensuring that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the company’s goals and objectives.
- Managing a self-directed team (s). The manager selects and mentors staff. The team’s overall direction is set. Identifies and implements team training programs. Decides on pay, employment, and dismissal.
- Supervise the timely and precise completion of all documentation involved with the transportation of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain cost constraints while ensuring timely pick-ups, recoveries, deliveries, and airline and agency choices. Assist with the formulation and approval of rate quotations or freight costs for internal and external clients.
- In addition to regular evaluations and coaching, all department employees should get a complete orientation, skills and safety training, essential papers, and other materials as part of their ongoing education.
- Strive to uphold degree of confidentiality while making sure that the region is run efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards and procedures as much as possible.
- Make an effort to lead department or bank efforts. This job role also allows you to lead or participate in Federal Reserve System work groups or initiatives.
- Train and oversee the customer service, data entry, and/or dispatch and warehouse employees of the shift. Offer superior customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Accounting, reporting, and recordkeeping must be managed and maintained accurately in line with corporate standards and state and federal requirements.
Skills:
- Two years of experience in the same field are needed (preferably in a cash handling environment). Applicants who have worked in banking before will be given more attention. For level II, you need to have been a supervisor on an operations team or in a similar functional area. Level III needs at least five years of experience.) Working with other people to get things done and being a great leader are examples of relevant experience.
- Very good at using Microsoft Office, the internet, web-based software, and job-specific software. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using US and/or international currency, weight, volume, and distance measurements.

- Instead of one year of experience, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Therapy or Health Sciences may be substituted.
