Job Description

In compliance with federal and international legislation controlling the shipping, reception, and documentation of imported/exported goods, the E-Commerce Manager monitors and manages customs clearing operations in the customs house brokerage or gateway environment. Oversees the department’s day-to-day operations in order to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies, ISO guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements, and to provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing and compliance with government regulations and/or company policies.   • Perform user acceptability testing and deploy new features in tandem with multiple departments (Creative, SEO and Marketing) inside and beyond the organization.
  • Creating strategies to increase sales in our online store by combining sales expertise, industry standards, and new innovations.
  • Online sales, data security, website hosting, and digital and direct marketing are all within the purview of this individual.
  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce platform, such as software integrations and merchant and retailer relationships, function smoothly.
  • A part of the yearly E-Commerce planning and budgeting process, encompassing new web development demands and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Plans, executes, and oversees allocated marketing initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and within budget limitations.
  • Weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and code performance monitoring and reporting are all available.
  • Project management includes clearly expressing project scope and goals, meeting deadlines, managing time, preparing for contingencies, approval channels and processes, budgeting, organizational and vendor skills, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
  • Manages new web development, web maintenance, web hosting and web application firewall for all e-commerce websites. Manages external web development agencies and coordinates with internal IT resources
  • Priority number one is to keep the product catalog up-to-date and accurate (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).


  • Applicant should have a desire to learn and improve his skills on a daily basis, as well as a desire to be a good leader.
  • Extensive knowledge in digital marketing and analytics, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, and payment gateway integration.
  • years of online selling experience and / or in an auction environment that involved the sales of collectible items is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including knowledge of analytical software such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing management, business administration, information systems, or a related field is necessary.
