Job Description
The E-Commerce Manager is accountable for designing and implementing the Firm’s electronic commerce strategy, managing the company’s integrated company and distributor platforms, and increasing the company’s digital presence in accordance with the Industrial Aftermarket’s strategic objectives. This role is accountable for increasing lead generating and streamlining lead generation procedures. By developing and executing a complete E-Commerce development strategy plan, successful applicants will be able to produce additional revenue and profit returns. To do this, an E-Commerce Manager must be knowledgeable about current industrial E-Commerce market needs, which include performing technology-based market research, determining consumer voice and preferences, and conducting competition analysis. This job collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications:
- Ensures that allocated marketing tasks are completed on time and within budget by planning, executing, and monitoring them.
- This is important to maintain the catalog current and correct (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
- Manages new web development, web maintenance, hosting, and web application firewall for all e-commerce websites. Co-ordinates and controls the company’s IT resources and external web development businesses.
- Achieve seamless daily operations of an online store, including software connections and partnerships between merchants and retailers.
- Manage the creation of new features with the help of internal and external departments (Creativity/SEO/Marketing/Development).
- Project management is all about ensuring that a project’s goals are met while also conforming to the project’s scope and budget.
- Proactively seeks out innovation and current best practices in e-commerce, data security, site hosting, and digital and direct marketing operations.
- The performance of offer codes, new product sales, and departmental sales on a weekly or monthly basis are all metrics that can be tracked, analyzed, and reported on.
- By integrating sales-related information, industry norms, and new breakthroughs, we are developing approaches to increase sales in our online store.
- This role is responsible for planning and budgeting for e-commerce, which includes new web development and platform maintenance.
Skills:
- Many other skills are required in the digital marketing and analytics space as well.
- The candidate should have a strong sense of leadership and a persistent drive to learn and improve his abilities.
- You must have at least a bachelor’s degree in an area of study that is closely linked to what you’re interested in doing.
- Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics are needed analytics tools.
- Online and/or auction-related experience of at least two years is preferable, but not required.
