Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll use your unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to improve enquiry acquisition and conversion rates. As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll analyze marketing data, spot gaps, and recommend ways to optimize digital, search, email, and interaction channels across campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • New product introductions are analyzed, evaluated, and reported on, as well as successful, unusual, and unsuccessful products are identified. Analyze data, statistics, and consumer trends on a local level, then assemble into a presentation format for marketing or sales to use directly.
  • These tools allow for sophisticated marketing analysis and data visualization using market research data from databases like Innova (a plus)
  • Create an engaging category analysis and consumer insights utilizing primary and secondary research to help Category Marketers create a clear, effective selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
  • The testing and optimization roadmap, which produces and analyses hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance, is powered by intelligence.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned media on a daily basis, which may include SEO, SEM, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and other forms of communication.
  • Manage the technical components of important marketing technologies like as marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) that are used to produce, distribute, and report leads.
  • Working collaboratively with business teams to identify the most critical business issues to be addressed in the data, develops solutions to drive consumer awareness, engagement, happiness, retention, and other business outcomes.
  • Among other duties, he designs, implements, and maintains simple dashboards to help marketers and other business teams use digital data effectively.
  • Analyze research/analysis data and translate results into clear and actionable business insights for media, communication and creative teams, and department leadership, guiding overall marketing strategy and budgets, creative execution, and media mix.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spreadsheets, is needed to do this job.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with GMI systems is preferred (Eclips, BEX, K2, Nielsen, SharePoint)
  • Sponsored search (Google Advertising, Bing), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. ), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms.
  • +3 years’ experience using data to generate and measure content and inquiry/conversion marketing performance
  • Technically competent, a skilled communicator, and a desire to enhance operations and boost revenue through digital consumer connections are all desirable qualities.
  • For issue solving, the candidate must be able to organize, structure, analyze, and provide proposed solutions.
