For the Industrial Aftermarket, the E-Commerce Manager is in charge of establishing and implementing the firm’s electronic commerce strategy, managing its integrated corporate and distributor platforms, and increasing its digital presence. This role is in charge of boosting lead creation. Creating and executing a thorough E-Commerce growth strategy plan will provide additional revenue and profit returns. This requires an E-Commerce Manager to be familiar with contemporary industrial E-Commerce market needs, such as technology-based market research, consumer voice and preferences identification, and competitive analysis. Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Engineering and Operations teams work closely together.

Qualifications:

  • Manages all e-commerce websites’ new web development, web maintenance, web hosting, and web application firewall. Manages external web development firms and collaborates with internal IT resources.
  • Assists with the yearly planning and budgeting process for E-Commerce, including the construction of new websites and the maintenance of current platforms.
  • Work alongside various teams internally and externally (Creative, SEO, Marketing, and Development) to document functionality requirements, oversee development, perform user acceptance testing, and deploy new functionality.
  • This person’s primary responsibilities include e-commerce, data security, site hosting, and digital and direct marketing activities.
  • Creating methods that use sales-related knowledge, current standards, and unique advancements to increase sales in our online shop.
  • Conducting analysis and reporting on weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and success of offer codes
  • This is important to maintain the catalog current and correct (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
  • By planning, executing, and monitoring assigned marketing tasks, ensures that they are performed on time and within budget.
  • Project management includes clearly expressing project scope and goals, fulfilling deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and processes, budgeting, organization, and vendor capabilities, as well as tracking and monitoring methods.
  • Ensure that an e-commerce platform’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, including software integrations and merchant and retailer partnerships.

Skills:

  • Degree in marketing, marketing management, business administration, information systems, or a related discipline is required.
  • The applicant should have a drive to learn and improve his abilities on a continual basis, as well as a leadership spirit.
  • analytical abilities honed via use of technologies like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • It is great if you have two years of internet selling experience and/or experience selling collectibles in an auction environment.
  • Competencies in e-commerce order fulfillment and delivery as well as payment gateway integration as well as the identification of fraudulent activity are all necessary.
