It is the responsibility of the E-Commerce Manager to establish and implement the Company’s electronic commerce strategy, manage the Company’s integrated platforms, and increase the Company’s digital footprint in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Company’s Industrial Aftermarket It is the responsibility of this role to maximize the number of leads and to optimize the methods used to generate them. Create and execute an extensive E-Commerce development strategy plan through which successful applicants will be able to earn more income and profits. In order to do this, a successful E-Commerce Manager will be well-versed in contemporary industrial E-Commerce market needs, including but not limited to performing technology-based market research, discovering consumer voice and preferences and competitive analysis. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll work closely with others from the Marketing and Sales departments as well as from the Engineering and Operations divisions.

  • Plans, executes, and oversees allocated marketing initiatives to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Establish and manage links between merchants and retailers, as well as software integrations, to guarantee that an online retail platform’s daily operations run smoothly.
  • This approach must be followed in order to keep the catalog up to date and correct (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
  • Manages new web development, web maintenance, hosting, and web application firewall for all e-commerce websites. Co-ordinates and controls the company’s IT resources and external web development businesses.
  • Project management include precisely defining the project’s scope and goals, fulfilling deadlines, managing time, contingency planning, budgeting, organizational and vendor skills, and tracking/monitoring processes.
  • This position’s duties include planning and budgeting for e-commerce, as well as new web development and platform maintenance.
  • Improving our online store’s revenue by integrating sales-related expertise, industry standards, and the latest technological developments.
  • Perform user acceptability testing and deploy new features in tandem with multiple departments (Creative, SEO and Marketing) inside and beyond the organization.
  • This person’s primary responsibilities include e-commerce, data security, site hosting, and digital and direct marketing activities.
  • Weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and code performance monitoring and reporting are all available.


  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics are required.
  • Extensive knowledge in e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution, and shipping, as well as fraud detection and loss prevention, as well as integration with payment gateways
  • The applicant should have a drive to learn and improve his abilities on a continual basis, as well as a leadership spirit.
  • A degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
  • years of online selling experience and / or in an auction environment that involved the sales of collectible items is preferred.
