Job Description
Assembler is a person who assembles products in a factory environment using well-defined procedures and following predetermined work schedules. Assembly Supervisors, Team Leaders, Senior Assemblers, or Engineers supervise the assembly of objects to ensure that production requirements are met.

Qualifications:
- To create sub-assemblies, assemblies or entire units utilizing hand tools, power tools, jigs/fixtures and miscellaneous equipment such as a lathe, mill, drill press, etc.
- Selection of electrical components based on color code, coded label, or other identifying criteria indicated in schematic wiring diagrams. Determines which components’ terminal connections may be utilized.
- People who work with pneumatic tools should follow instructions from a Trainer or someone else who knows how to do this.
- Conventional machines and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment are used for activities such as cutting, punching, shaping, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to produce manufactured parts, tools, or component assemblies.
- Assembles, inspects, changes, and reworks developing electronic subsystems, subunits, assemblies, components, harnesses, and cables used in experimental and preproduction applications.
- Under engineering supervision, sets up and operates different types of equipment to build and construct whole flying, developmental, and prototype microelectronic circuit assemblies.
- This position demands the ability to recognize and identify all circuit symbols, wiring codes, and electrical components in order to construct a product from the ground up utilizing only drawings and schematics as guides.
- Thermal compression die bonding techniques, ultrasonic microwelding techniques and microsolder methods may be used to build microminiature circuits.
- This work comprises routing and connecting all components, cables, and wires in the proper manner so that they may be readily removed and changed according to industry standards.
- Pre-drilled chassis and printed wiring boards are used to construct electronic components like radar synchronizers, computers, and roll servo units according to schematics and other specifications. These components are then adjusted according to the schematics and wiring diagrams.
Skills:
- A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of applicable education and work experience, that enables effective fulfilment of job expectations
- able to tackle simple problems by following preexisting methods
- Be able to work with a variety of hand tools, as well as pneumatic hand tools, a rivet machine, an electric stapler, a drill press, a heat staking machine, and wire strippers.
- Consider using many resources, such as written and vocal directions (all in English), a list of items, a graphic showing the intended path, and more.
- During the three days before work starts, candidates go through a lot of training (if performance level not met during the training, contractor will be released)
