Full-Time Entry Level Marketing Assistant – Al-Jumum
Your main goal as a marketing associate is to assist the marketing function in implementing short- and long-term marketing programs that increase sales, traffic, and net operating income. You will assist the marketing function in terms of putting marketing strategies into practice, interpreting and carrying out national and development center marketing programs, executing campaigns, and measuring results. You will also support the Sr. Director of Marketing in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the center marketing team.

- Lead communication plan initiatives focused on certain touchpoints or consumer goals, including agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution, and results evaluation.
- Utilize digital intelligence technologies to delve into the consumer/brand demand landscape.
- Collaborates with Manager to develop annual strategy for maximizing brand demand by synchronizing Marketing and Sales teams and responding quickly to changes in the marketplace based on insights gained from analysis of market, brand, customer, and consumer trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage projects on schedule and under budget, as well as decision-making abilities about investment possibilities that minimize risk and optimize profit. Identify and lead opportunities to activate the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness offering through communications.
- Project manage consumer communications that focus on digital and social media first to build a creative domain that brings the brand to life and enables effective customer communication.
- Help the brand figure out who they are and what they stand for so they can communicate and innovate effectively with their target audience.
- Input into the process of identifying the optimal engagement strategy and campaign structure for reaching out to customers at optimal times and locations.
- Develop and lead projects that advance the brand’s nutrition health and wellness promise.
- Utilize market and consumer data and trend analysis to help you gain a deeper grasp of the characteristics that define a given customer segment or the general population as a whole.
- Take charge of brand endeavors and responsibilities in a way that demonstrates an understanding of crucial consumer insights and the ability to activate them through appropriate communications and innovation endeavors.
- Requirements include a four-year degree and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management. An alternative requirement is a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related field.
- It is preferable to have prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- An understanding of how to use data and patterns to draw conclusions about client behavior would be an asset.
- It would be ideal if you have experience leading media and digital marketing communications projects.
- Prior experience creating long-term plans for a brand or product, including marketing and advertising initiatives, is preferred.
