Job Description
In your role as an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for completing real estate transactions. Verify whether or not the property titles are clear, responsibilities are met by both parties, debts are paid in full, and any other real estate agreements are authenticated.

Qualifications:
- After receiving final approval from the lender, all parties to the transaction will get a closing statement. This includes purchasers and sellers, as well as real estate agents and mortgage lenders.
- Identifying and attracting new customers is a critical part of every company growth strategy.
- After obtaining a survey, contacting the lender and acquiring hazard insurance, inputting basic order information into an automated system, gathering HOA information, and establishing closing dates, you are ready to move in.
- Serving customers, being honest, establishing trust and respect with them, and earning a profit are the company’s key principles.
- Input numbers, balance with lender, handle distribution of funds, money transfers, prepare paperwork, close transactions, advise consumers, and handle cash.
- Additionally, this application may determine who is most equipped for the supply and routing of the request.
- Performs the correct completion of each escrow folder and the proper filing of its contents in line with specified escrow regulations.
- Make sure that the Seller/Buyer package has all of the preprinted paperwork and sale escrow instructions.
- Legal descriptions and easements, tax liens and abstracts of judgments, boundary conflicts, and encroachment claims need the cooperation of management.
- Concluding correctly all-inclusive trust deeds and contract wraps in residential escrow. Commercial escrows, for example, may need the use of an escrow agent with additional experience and expertise.
