The Executive Assistant will support a developing company while handling calendar management and travel arrangements. Qualifications:
- carries out research, gathers information, and creates papers for presentation to and consideration by executives.
- performs a variety of administrative duties, such as paying bills, tracking expenses, and stocking office supplies.
- Coordination of executive communications, which includes answering phones, replying to emails, and interacting with clients.
- a track record of managing many tasks and priorities while adhering to deadlines and long-term objectives
- Be extremely well-prepared and organized, both in terms of your vacation plans and your day-to-day schedule.
- welcomes visitors to the office of a key executive and shows them to the scheduled meeting room.
- For team members and business partners, prepare internal and external company documentation.
- Participate in board meetings by doing things like setting up workspaces and preparing presentations.
- Reports are written, memos and letters are drafted, and presentations are put together utilizing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- owns the CEO’s calendar management, including meeting scheduling, resolving scheduling disputes, ranking calendar events, and sending urgent requests or modifications to the right people.
Skills:
- Skilled at using Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint as well as the rest of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent multitasking skills; great organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in handling ambiguity, uncertainty, and pressure (deadlines, etc.)
- Familiarity with common office machinery, including the telephone, scanner, fax machine, and photocopier.
- Executive assistant with over two years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
