Qualifications:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of all office staff, including secretaries, administrative assistants, and conference room hosts (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Responds to public questions about the branch’s policies, programs, and procedures; on occasion, this duty requires advocating a course of action to management in particular areas.
- Maintains control over employees by keeping tabs on their schedules, time sheets, and performance.
- Maintain office security protocols and guarantee the office satisfies the firm’s necessary business continuity obligations.
- Plan and carry out recurring workplace gatherings, such as client- and business-development activities and charitable events.
- Performs a wide variety of administrative, clerical, recordkeeping, bookkeeping, file review and support duties.
- Keeps the office running smoothly by assigning and monitoring clerical tasks, reviewing and approving requests for office supplies, and keeping tabs on all incoming mail.
- Participant in the business’s operational administration (projects and initiatives to improve service delivery to internal and external clients).
- Maintain the building and its equipment, communicate with the local property management, and work along with the other tenants and key employees.

Skills:
