Job Title : Executive Medical Director, Cancer Institute
Location : Rumah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary : $ 35.35 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Oversee the coordination of referrals to the agency from both within and outside the organization.
  • Make sure you have comprehensive control over all aspects of patient care coordination.
  • To accomplish favourable recruitment and retention goals, clinical partners should be coached, mentored, and precepted.
  • Examine the patient’s recommendations to evaluate if they are appropriate for admission.
  • Ascertain that the needs of the patients are examined on a regular basis.
  • To maintain the agency’s clinical and financial success, collaborate with other important partners inside the organization.
  • Examine the patient and partner assignments to ensure they are proper.
  • Take part in center/agency surveys and any mandatory reports (Licensure / JCAHO).
  • Assure that the patient’s personalized POC is developed, implemented, and updated.
  • Make sure the agency will be able to meet the patients’ predicted clinical needs before approving the admission.

Skills:

  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence is required in the state of practise.
  • Registered nurse with two (2) years of recent experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved RN programme or has a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Prior experience in home health care is required for this position.
