Qualifications:
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance to compare the actual performance to the business plans.
- Communicate with various departments, discussing corporate strategies and deciding on future pathways.
- Provide the company with financial advice and proposals.
- Management staff should be given financial reports and data analysis, as well as recommendations for next steps.
- Assist in the complete preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax returns, as well as their supporting papers and schedules, in accordance with government agencies.
- Ability to establish accounting and financial systems and structures, as well as instill a Continuous Improvement culture inside the company.
- Create a framework for evaluating significant performance indicators as well as critical events and activities (KPIs).

- Assist operational divisions with technical accounting concerns, ensuring that any technical issues are handled, fixed, and recorded in a timely manner in line with GAAP and SEC standards and regulations. Members of the global financial team should be educated, mentored, and developed in terms of their understanding and implementation of these issues.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, control escalation, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business requirements with technological and procedural restrictions.
Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration is required, as well as a degree with a significant mathematical component (MBA preferred).
- Microsoft Excel, Hyperion, and SAP are desired. Strong PC abilities and application knowledge are necessary.
- The applicant must possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a strong desire to learn and enhance his skills.
- Ability to lead and develop the expertise and capabilities of financial teams.
- Web-based collaborative software knowledge is required.
