The hotel front desk must be committed to offering excellent service to visitors. The job must help visitors at all times, answer phones, and check in and out guests according to business requirements. - Assist with Breakfast, Social, Housekeeping, Laundry, etc. Keep hotel restrooms, lobby, and other public spaces clean.
- Make a daily cash report, balancing payments and withdrawals with the totals from the machines. Make a deposit slip and help the Guest Services Manager by giving him or her a summary of the day’s bank status. As needed, ask for changes.
- Always provide a warm greeting to consumers in a true and courteous manner. It is important to have a voice that is upbeat and easy to hear, to actively listen in order to comprehend requests, to reply with the necessary action, and to offer correct information, such as outlet hours and nearby attractions.
- Information about a hotel, such as communications, reports, and files, must be kept private and safe at all times. Take care of all requests for reservations, both those coming in and those going out. Follow the General Manager’s instructions for lost and found items.
- At the time of departure, close guest accounts and assess their level of satisfaction. In the case of discontent, investigate and seek to fix the issue in accordance with established rules; this may include referring the issue to a supervisor.
- Register all arriving guests, ensuring certain that all necessary information is acquired, that the registration card is filled, and that a payment mechanism is set, Accept and record credit card and picture ID information on guest accounts and deliver change for guests as required.

- Capability of standing for long periods of time, walking around the front office, and continuing to carry out significant job obligations. Capable of reading, listening, and communicating well in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Needs a high school diploma or the equivalent, You need to know how to use computers, Experience at a hotel front desk for at least 3 years
