  • Sign out ledgers for various office supplies and keep track of office and filing cabinet keys.
  • Greet participants in research studies, visitors, personnel, and messenger services. Identify the visit’s nature and purpose before directing or escorting guests to their desired locations.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) request enabling, follow-up, and backup training coverage are your responsibilities.
  • Make use of a phone system with many lines to accept messages and direct callers, as well as answer questions.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, including filing, copying, collating, faxing, etc.
  • Participate in staff meetings, including those for the departments of operations, finance, and performance management.
  • Manage financial tasks, such as invoicing and data entry, as well as word processing tasks including creating new case files and writing correspondence.
  • Organize the gathering of data and the updating of the employee database; this includes tracking new recruits and updating the annual compliance trainings.
  • Accept, sort, and transfer calls, and provide brief, pertinent information when necessary.
  • Maintain thorough visitor and employee sign-out/sign-in processes to keep track of staff whereabouts.


  • office administration or front desk receptionist experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle several assignments and generate products within short deadlines.
  • Follow-up, communication, and empathy for clients, employees, and colleagues were all exceptional.
  • To ensure that every concern reported to the front desk is documented and handled in a timely and professional way, it is imperative to pay close attention to detail.
