Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist-FlexStaff (TEMP) – Al Uwayqilah
When clients visit the car lot, it is the receptionist’s job to welcome them, answer their queries, and point them in the direction of the right employee. The receptionist’s duties also include taking messages and directing callers to the proper staff members. Receptionists, like people in all professions, have an obligation to act morally.

- Keep track of office supplies and equipment sign-out logs, including filing cabinet keys.
- Welcoming visitors, employees, messengers, and study subjects. Guests should be escorted or guided to their destinations when the nature and purpose of the visit have been established.
- Participate in staff meetings, such as those for the office of operations, finance, and performance management, as required.
- Calls should be answered, vetted, and routed appropriately, with relevant information provided to the caller.
- Billing, data entry, word processing, creating new case files, and composing communications are handled.
- Coordinate data collection and database updates for new recruits, employee tracking, and annual compliance trainings.
- Maintain strict sign-out and sign-in procedures for all visitors and employees working on-site to ensure everyone is accounted for at all times.
- Provide callers with information, screen and transfer incoming calls, and take messages using a multi-line telephone system.
- Responsible for facilitating requests via the CMMS, performing necessary follow-ups, and providing backup training support.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, including filing, copying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Respectful and thorough following up is a hallmark of this service, as are open lines of communication and genuine concern for the well-being of clients, employees, and other professionals.
- experience working in a fast-paced environment as an office assistant or receptionist.
- Capacity to multitask and produce quality work under pressure.
- Internet navigation and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint are assumed.
- Those working at the front desk must pay close attention to detail to ensure that any customer complaints are properly recorded and resolved in a timely way.
