A seasoned office administrator is required to oversee the smooth operation of the business on a daily basis. Qualifications:

  • secretarial work that requires a high level of complexity, such as composing letters and reports, filing documents, fielding phone calls, directing customers, and setting up appointments.
  • Various administrative, clerical, bookkeeping, accounting, file-reviewing, and support-related tasks are completed.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the entire office, from hiring and supervising administrative and secretarial employees to organizing meetings and coordinating catering (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • handles employees and their activities, such as scheduling, timekeeping, and appraisals of performance.
  • As a member of the firm’s administrative operations team, I participate in projects and activities meant to enhance the quality of service provided to both internal and external clients.
  • Keep the building in good working order, act as a conduit between renters and regional property management, and facilitate communication between tenants and other important building staff.
  • Creates and manages the branch’s accounting system, including billing, payment, and account reconciliation.
  • Serves as a resource for customers by answering questions regarding the branch’s services and procedures and, on occasion, offering input to management on how to handle sticky situations.
  • Maintain the office’s security protocols to ensure it can meet the company’s business continuity requirements.
  • Create a regular schedule for holding office events like customer and business development and community service.
