Qualifications:
- Accomplished individual sales contributor able to prospect and sell with high degree of competence into the mid-market.
- By delivering precise and timely business estimates, forecasts, and administrative documentation, handle all facets of the sales communication and negotiation process and keep top management informed of progress.
- Develop long-term plans on a quarterly and yearly basis to steer revenue growth and account portfolio management.
- To effectively transmit the Company’s message to clients, use marketing and sales collateral, graphic presentations, research reports, and sales support data.
- Locate potential customers in the specified industry niches, engage them in conversation, and bring them closer to a purchase.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Services group to create and supply clients with cutting-edge solutions in order to maximize sales efforts.
- In charge of generating money through the sale of integrated packages on a variety of platforms, including video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablets, and event-based programs.
- Create solution possibilities that paint a picture of what is feasible for the client.
- The status of accounts, proposals, staffing changes, and other relevant matters should be communicated regularly to important internal stakeholders (such as split partners, finance, marketing, etc.).
- Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at advertising agencies and their clients.
Skills:
- Proven capacity to provide timely, correct work output and to exhibit effective follow-through.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
- Must be results-oriented and take necessary steps to attain objectives while taking responsibility for situations as needed.
- Capability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, and to do so in both one-on-one and group settings.
- You need at least two years and ideally four years of experience in sales using integrated systems.
