The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked on integrated projects before and has a solid foundation in brand architecture, craft, and design thinking. You need to be at ease developing rigorous design systems for use across a wide range of media types and formats. You have the ability to conceptualize ideas and give them form in novel and interesting ways. When you set out to create something, you follow your plan meticulously, all the way from ideation to release.

- Facilitate collaboration between researchers, product managers, marketers, and other cross-departmental teams to enhance customer service.
- To promote brand consistency and support future brand decisions, you’ll produce extensive brand documentation.
- Inspire, establish, and maintain a culture of excellence through mentoring designers and partners in best practices, the design process, and the generation of ideas.
- Collaborating with product teams allows you to gain insight, discover opportunities, and develop thoughts and solutions that can be used to bring ideas to life.
- You’ll produce persuasive documentation of the Company’s perception of the market, major rivals, advantage-building approach, and long-term goals through a brand lens.
- Think critically on the project’s technical and artistic constraints and be prepared to compromise with your team.
- Collaborate with the Design leadership and the rest of the Brand Design team to develop, expand, and sustain the visual brand.
- Develop the appropriate sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and design specifications to direct the creation of product experiences.
- To understand the organization, its products, and its customers, you will conduct interviews with key stakeholders and arrange brand workshops.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the larger creative team.

- Branding experience for over 5 years (think: digital first, fundamental human needs, complexity; for example: financial services, healthcare, real estate)
