Full-Time Head Teller – Sakaka
Job Description
We’re seeking for a new Teller to help us service our current and potential customers. We’re looking for someone who excels at customer service, has past cash handling expertise, and values confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Always keep a sufficient cash drawer on hand, prove often, balance cash on hand, and double-check that all transactions and negotiable items match the figures in the system.
- Use customer relationship management systems to build new business referrals by calling current and potential customers and following up with them to see how they’re progressing toward meeting their expectations.
- Accounts for customers are serviced, loans are given out, safe deposit box payments are made, gift cards are sold, checks are cashed, currency is checked, the cash drawer is balanced, and night deposits are made.
- You can guarantee that your customers are happy with your service by getting to know them and responding to their queries as fast as feasible.
- Balances ATMs and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers as needed (TCRs).
- Maintain current knowledge of the Company’s products and services, as well as applicable federal regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer requirements. Follow Company and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures for compliance and operational risk controls to the letter; report control defects, compliance breaches, and operational loss events.
- Internal and external audit points, as well as any concerns raised by outside regulators, are kept up to date by this person.
- Assume responsibility for escalated account services issues until they are resolved; enter all client complaints into the relevant system completely and accurately.
- To serve as a client’s first point of contact and to make a positive first impression, provide pleasant and efficient customer service.
- Locally, to carry out the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture, and improving relationships with regulators in collaboration with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer.
Skills:
- A minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience, including cash handling, is necessary.
- When dealing with huge sums of money, speed and precision are of the utmost importance.
- Applicant should have a desire to learn and improve his skills on a daily basis, as well as a desire to be a good leader.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.
- Because the company will not sponsor visas for these positions, employment eligibility in the United States is essential.
