Full-Time HR Specialist – Buraydah
Job Description
We’re seeking for an HR Specialist right now. This job is largely responsible for carrying out the company’s overall labor strategy, addressing labor and employee relations issues, and cultivating cooperative ties with labor union leadership. Contract administration, contract interpretation, grievance processing, arbitration preparation, Letters of Agreement, negotiation preparation, and negotiation coordination will be managed by the HR Specialist for the facility.

Qualifications:
- Workers are made aware of the company’s human resources policy through a series of training sessions (e.g. Time Off with Pay, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.).
- Processes performance reviews, wage/salary transactions, and disciplinary actions in the Company’s HR information system on time and within approval permission.
- As required by federal, state, and municipal regulations, the timekeeping system handles employee absences and requests for time off.
- Supports local recruiting and outreach efforts in coordination with the centralized recruiting team to meet or exceed monthly and annual recruitment targets. Ensures a positive candidate experience for both hiring managers and current employees, as well as an efficient process.
- Mandate and monitor personnel transactions such as recruitment, promotions, transfers and other personnel and payroll concerns.
- Inputs, modifications, additions, and removals into the HR Information System as needed in response to employee personnel questions. For follow-up, reports any unexpected or unresolved issues to the HR Manager.
- This person is professional and tactful, excelling at resolving issues for employees. They escalate concerns as needed but also provide insight about employee’s concerns to building management, regional human resources (HR) representatives, and corporate HR officials.
- With clients and consumers, both internal and external, the ability to project confidence, expertise, and empathy is critical.
- Performs new employee onboarding, including data input into the HR Information System and new employee orientation. Ensures that data is entered accurately and thoroughly, and that staff are well-versed in Company rules and procedures, including the information in the employee handbook.
- Regular and special reports are generated using vital trend analysis and issue area identification with a small margin of error and high priority.
Skills:
- HR principles, policies, processes, and basic employment law all necessitate a thorough grasp and familiarity with them.
- An eager problem-solver who pays great attention to client cues and strives to resolve conflicts with grace and honesty.
- Degree in HR, labor relations, employment law, or a similar field from a college or university
- It is necessary to have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Candidate must have a strong desire to learn and grow their skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.
