This Human Resources (HR) Specialist role is a technical specialist who, through exceptional knowledge, skill, and experience, offers the Company with a one-of-a-kind service. HR Specialists provide paraprofessional assistance in HR functional areas such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, regulatory reporting requirements, benefits administration, and other areas as needed, under minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
- New employee orientation and data entry into the HR Information System are performed by this position. Ensures that data is entered correctly and that staff are well-versed in the company’s policies and procedures, including the information in the employee handbook.
- In the Company’s HR information system, processes performance reviews, wage/salary transactions, and disciplinary actions in a timely and approved manner.
- With clients and consumers, both internal and external, the ability to project confidence, expertise, and empathy is critical.
- You’ll be supported in your local job search while meeting or exceeding monthly and annual recruiting targets. You also make sure that candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience during the process.
- As required by federal, state, and municipal regulations, the timekeeping system handles employee absences and requests for time off.
- Responds to employee personnel inquiries and inputs, changes, inserts, and deletes pertinent data into the HR Information System. Any strange or unsolved situations are reported to the HR Manager for follow-up.
- You’ll be able to engage staff and rapidly resolve difficulties while being professional and tactful. When required, you should raise issues with management. On behalf of the organization, this position’s aim is to provide facility management, regional HR, and corporate HR with insight into employee concerns or complaints.
- Employees are educated on the company’s human resources rules and procedures (e.g. Time Off with Pay, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.).
- Prepares regular and special reports by doing essential trend analysis and identifying problem areas with a small margin of error and a high degree of importance.
- Keeps track of insurance coverage, retirement plans, and personnel transactions like hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and other personnel and payroll issues.
Skills:
- A college or university degree in human resources, labor relations, employment law, or a related topic
- HR principles, policies, processes, and basic employment legislation all necessitate a thorough grasp and familiarity with them.
- The applicant should possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a desire to learn and enhance his skills on a continuous basis.
- An enthusiastic problem-solver who pays attention to client indications and actively resolves issues with grace and integrity.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities are required.
