- Organize and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor test results, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly, and verify that the setup is proper based on business and technical requirements.
- WBSs and a well-thought-out project schedule are essential to completing a project on time and within budget.
- A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal and external) collaborates with other functional and technical subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions; provides advice on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and the impact on other business processes and system priorities.
- Customers should be informed about the value that client tools and consultations such as enablement, communications, change management, and technical guidance can provide.
- The implementation project must be conducted in an orderly, controlled way, with the customer being informed of expected completion dates for each phase of the project.
- identifying the scope of work, allocating the appropriate cash and staff, setting deadlines, devising communication strategies, and describing the sorts of testing and maintenance to be conducted on software projects
- When customers’ consumption drops below expected levels, reach out to them right away and provide helpful tips on how to make the most of what they’ve got, all while keeping an eye out for potential problem areas.
- Configuring Company Solutions to meet Client needs to create a solution that works effectively for each customer, producing value and optimising growth potential.
- To keep everyone up-to-date, project stakeholders get weekly updates on the project’s successes, plans for the next week, and problems that need management and stakeholder attention.
- When deploying new processes, test new scripts, workflows, or other solutions. Project cooperation is necessary for more complicated account settings to assure success.
- Those having bachelor’s degrees in business or similar subjects are most suited for this post, while it is not essential.
- Accepts major responsibility for project completion; effective ability to assist others in project completion via knowledge sharing; needs minimal supervision from a more senior manager.
- Experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, client success, relationship building, and change management.
- End-to-end configuration testing, user testing collaboration and leadership, test result documentation and monitoring, and issue resolution are all priorities.
- Partners with functional and technical experts (both inside and outside the company) to come up with different technical or business solutions. Gives advice on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and how they will affect other business processes and system priorities.
