Qualifications:
- The management of client public health emergencies includes reviewing specific workplaces to verify that prescribed risk reduction measures are in place, giving current data describing the state of workplaces, identifying procedures supplied and stressing relevant risks or trends..
- Exhibits traits of Total Quality via the formulation and submission of Total Quality improvement proposals and programs such as IDEA and PACE
- Gather information on chemicals utilized at Tesla’s research facilities, including toxicological and safety data. Also provide suggestions for reducing or eliminating exposure to these compounds.
- Coordinate comprehensive exposure evaluations, industrial hygiene surveys and analyses, and the production of industrial hygiene reports
- The assessment of ventilation includes a number of steps, including the selection and calibration of instruments, performance measurement, data processing, and comparison with relevant standards.
- Raise safety, sanitation, and environmental requirements, among other topics, among employees.
- Analyze industrial and administrative work environments to identify possible dangers and develop ways for mitigating them.
- An analytic method should be identified and the requisite analytic equipment selected and calibrated, as well as a laboratory interface established and sample programs carried out, which should comprise data processing and analysis.
- The use of current information on industrial hygiene laws, federal, state, and municipal regulations, as well as consultancy services for senior management and project officials
- Perform expert safety and health evaluations and inspections in order to remove or regulate physical circumstances, operational methods, or other variables that constitute an undue danger to human health and safety. Prepare written summaries of the results and make recommendations for/coordinate remedial measures.
Skills:
- The ability to demonstrate advanced technical awareness of occupational safety and health standards, industry standard ideas, techniques, principles, and processes; working knowledge of applicable occupational safety and health practices and applications.
- Proficiency analyzing and mitigating risks in order to maintain compliance with the BMBL, OSHA standards, and related guidelines and requirements
- Successful track record of delivering high-quality client presentations and producing written reports, as well as extensive writing and speaking expertise
- Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Safety and Health, a scientific or technical discipline, or another subject related to the responsibilities of the role.
- Medical surveillance and associated initiatives, such as respirator medical clearance, audiometry, and substance-specific exams, have been successfully implemented.
