The position of Instructional Designer is presently open and we are looking for a competent candidate to join our team. The Instructional Designer will apply theory and research processes to design, develop, and implement accessible learning materials. He or she will collaborate with faculty to structure content, activities, and assessments in accordance with research-identified best practices in order to achieve the learning outcomes that have been identified.

Qualifications:
- develop assessment components that may be used to analyze outcomes and ensure alignment with corporate goals in order to establish the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Project management in an ever-changing, risky environment while assuring timely and high-quality output
- E-learning courses will be developed and delivered by staff who have been trained in the essential technical and educational skills to teach professors and staff.
- Make sure that the project and management procedures, instruction design standards and processes, and company brand style and standards, as well as compliance needs, are all in line with each other, as well.
- In conjunction with instructional designers, conducts needs/audience analysis and designs performance targets, learning plans, and instructional methodologies to provide high-quality, engaging solutions that are in line with the organization’s corporate goals and strategic imperatives.
- Monitor technical and commercial developments in the industry; propose innovative tools and ways to boost the educational value of course materials and the efficiency of departmental operations.
- To reach educational objectives, collaborate with partners to assess global and regional learning requirements, set instructional outcomes, and design attractive course material.
- you are responsible for obtaining, arranging, and presenting information in a manner that the learner can easily comprehend and engage with.
- There are many different types of instructional materials that may be generated to assist with the teaching process, including electronic learning and evaluation tools like quizzes and slideshows, as well as instructor guides, films, and audio recordings.
- For online distribution, e-learning courses, instructional resources, and other electronic instructional content are being produced in accordance with adult learning theory.
Skills:
- Capacity to utilize keyboard and mouse input and navigation, as well as telephone and headphone equipment, and the ability to listen while entering data into the system is essential.
- It is important to know how business and management ideas can help you plan for the long term, allocate resources, and show how to use human resources and lead people.
- Strong advocate of change who exhibits a continual improvement attitude, resourcefulness, and new thinking, as well as organizational capabilities
