Job Description
You’ll be in charge of creating a training program for a sales team as an instructional designer. SME and cross-functional partners collaborate closely with the Instructional Designer in order to generate high-quality, consistent course materials that support set learning goals and raise employee capabilities.

Qualifications:
- It is important to establish a uniform set of project and management procedures, instruction design standards as well as any applicable compliance requirements.
- Performs investigation and generates material that converts difficult knowledge into professionally written, clear, interactive online or multimedia teaching.
- Accomplish several tasks in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence for each one of them.
- Monitor technical and commercial developments in the industry; propose innovative tools and ways to boost the educational value of course materials and the efficiency of departmental operations.
- Work on instructional materials such as e-learning and tests, as well as presentations and instructor manuals.
- Performs needs/audience analysis and develops performance objectives, learning plans, and instructional techniques in collaboration with instructional designers to create high-quality, engaging solutions that align with the organization’s corporate goals and strategic imperatives.
- Analyze global and regional learning needs, establish educational goals, then work with partners to create relevant and engaging course content.
- For online distribution, e-learning courses, instructional resources, and other electronic instructional content are being produced in accordance with adult learning theory.
- Creates assessment components to monitor results and guarantee alignment with corporate goals in order to assess the efficacy of educational programs.
- Education for staff members is delivered on how to improve the technical and pedagogical skills required to create and deliver interesting, interactive online courses.

- Able, both within their own team and as part of the larger program, to influence people and to keep a clear focus on attaining objectives via effective means of communication and organization.
- For the last two years, you have worked on multi-media instructional products that include visual, text, and audio components. are adept at using these aspects in a variety of contexts.
- Capacity to utilize keyboard and mouse input and navigation, as well as telephone and headphone equipment, and the ability to listen while entering data into the system is essential.
- Understanding how business and management principles may help you plan for the long term, allocate resources, and model human resources and leadership styles is essential.
