A Material Handling-experienced Inventory Controller is needed. This role maintains lists of moving components, transports them, and manages inventories. This job must also record inventory difficulties. Applicants must have expertise monitoring and managing inventories. This position requires forklift expertise, therefore you must have it to apply.

- You’ll oversee inventory control processes, address shipping and receiving discrepancies, and rectify reporting problems to ensure shipping and receiving goes smoothly. Ensuring compliance with and improving all areas/shift reporting, such as consumption and returns, and K-LEAN. You’ll work with plant finance and procurement to balance raw and packaged commodities. You’ll also assist warehouse personnel count inventory (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- In order to win, you have to collaborate with your hourly workers to develop and train them, as well as assist their talent management process. Making sure that the company’s criteria for Diversity and Inclusion are met or exceeded while supporting relevant programs.
- CPD implants must be ordered and delivered quickly. Consistently checks to make sure that any problems are adequately examined and fixed.. Help with loaner implant kits and notify management of any issues. Thank you to this guy, all shipments are going to be on time! PO creation for bill-only.
- Inventory data should be entered into an ERP system through computer. Merchandise is received and distributed. Make any required changes to your inventory. Calculate the accuracy of several sites’ inventory using a computerized data analysis program.
- On a regular basis, stock measurements are gathered, checked, and reported to ensure that the inventory is healthy. In order to aid in future operational analysis, trace out the exact source of the problem and document your findings.
- Set the pace. It’s important to make sure that goods get from Point A to Point B. So, you’ll be in charge of managing the stocks going to and coming from production in the Rome Plant. You will also be in charge of the warehouse’s stock inventories for both shipping and receiving.
- Preparing items for transportation and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments A comparison is made between the data on the bill of lading, the invoices, or the orders, and the data on the incoming and leaving goods.
- After a thorough review of the preceding 24 hours’ worth of inventory movements, DLX and SAP’s inventory discrepancies are compared. - Capable of using technology in inventory and operating room situations. Basic computing abilities are included. At an intermediate level, you should be able to type effectively and input data. Capability to learn how to use the PS and EPIC programs. Capability to use handheld technology to transfer relevant data to an electronic purchase order. Capability to use/text a mobile phone in an operating room materials setting
- A high school diploma from an approved institution or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with appropriate professional experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration connected to the inventory management system’s inventory location system
- In English, demonstrates fluency in both oral and written communication. Clearly and concisely communicates in a professional way. It is possible for the anesthesiologist and other members of the health care team to work together effectively.
- The person is needed to regularly stand, walk, sit, speak, and hear while performing the activities of this job. The employee must often use their hands to touch, handle, or feel items, as well as reach with their hands and arms. This work needs the individual to sometimes move or lift more than 50 to 100 pounds. This individual must be capable of visually inspecting products and delivery documentation.
