Full-Time Inventory Control Technicians – Al Uwayqilah
Job Description
The Inventory Controller oversees the department’s administration and growth. The Inventory Controller ensures all inventory transactions are executed on schedule, service level agreements are fulfilled, and customer service is strong.

Qualifications:
- Collaborate to Win – Proactively engaged in the training and development of hourly labor and supporting the talent management process for hourly workers. Assisting in the implementation of pertinent initiatives while ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion meets or exceeds organizational criteria
- Verifies and documents incoming and departing shipments, as well as prepares things for shipping compares identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures goods in arriving and departing shipments to ensure accuracy against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other data
- Ensure stuff gets from A to B is critical. You’ll control Rome Plant production inventory. You’ll handle the warehouse’s shipping and receiving stock inventories.
- You will manage inventory control procedures, handle shipping and receiving inconsistencies, and resolve reporting issues to ensure shipping and receiving operations run efficiently. Assuring compliance with and enhancing reporting for all areas/shifts, such as consumption and returns, and K-LEAN. You will collaborate with plant finance and procurement to balance unpackaged and packaged commodities. In addition, you will help warehouse staff count inventories (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Staying organized means managing the quality hold inventory, working with the Quality Supervisor, and making sure that all outbound and production orders have been post-goods issued and all incoming orders have been post-goods received. following food safety rules and keeping the place clean at all times
- All inventory changes in the past 24 hours are looked at and matched up with SAP’s inventory differences between DLX and SAP. We look at both the quality of a product and any damage or liquidation. Start being a leader. It’s important to know how the plant works so you can find places to improve and take the right steps to fix them.
- Data on inventories should ideally be recorded into an ERP system using a computer or similar electronic device. Acquiring and distributing merchandise. Do whatever is necessary to modify the stock. Analyze data using a computer to determine the accuracy and current state of various inventory records.
- On wooden crates and boxes, attaches labels for transportation. Posts and affixes stamps for weights and shipping charges. Improperly packaged goods are rejected, and the shipper is contacted to resolve any issues that may have occurred.
- Regular measurements, checks, and reports preserve inventory health. Document what’s happening.
- Implants for CPD will be ordered and delivered on schedule. Resolves any issues that may have occurred during the previous day’s check-in Report any problems or requests for loaner implant kits to the manager as appropriate. Achieves promptness in the delivery of goods Creates a bill-only PO.
Skills:
- GED or high school graduation, with extensive work experience in the field, or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting, Knowledge of the appropriate method for locating inventories
- Therefore, personnel must be able to read and comprehend papers such as shipping paperwork and product tickets. This individual must be able to successfully interact with delivery warehouse employees in order to give them with inventory data. This role requires a person who is trustworthy, honest, and able and willing to help customers in a fast and professional way.
- Performing the duties of this job requires a great deal of time spent on their feet, walking, sitting, speaking, and listening. The employee is required to often use their hands and arms to grasp and manage stuff. To do this job, one must be able to lift or carry 100 pounds on a daily basis. Visual inspection of merchandise and delivery documents is a must.
- Written and spoken English skills. In tone and manner, professional, polite, concise, and brief. A team player who can collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and others.
- Demonstrates the ability to use technology in the inventory and operating room. Basic computer knowledge is required. Intermediate degree of typing accuracy and data entry. Ability to learn how to use PS and EPIC. Ability to use hand-held technology and download data to an electronic purchase order. In the operation room, the ability to use/text a mobile phone is required.
