Qualifications:
- You will play a key role on deal teams, finding possibilities for investment, conducting due diligence, and writing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
- Review any electronic correspondence, give your response, and deal with any issues or complaints as soon as possible.
- Regular shredding of outdated records is a good way to ensure that such data is properly handled. Get rid of old customer records the right way.
- Trading and accounting software handles all of the buying and selling of stocks and bonds.
- Prepare and maintain client records, as well as draft and send out reports and communications, per the Advisor’s instructions.
- You should open and close client accounts, add trading and power of attorney as needed, link life insurance and annuity accounts, complete client registrations, and reply to and fulfill client support requests in a timely manner.
- Provide front desk service, such as welcoming clients and guests, answering the phone pleasantly, and taking thorough messages when necessary; ensure all customer demands are fulfilled promptly and properly.
- For marketing, scheduling, reporting, and fee tracking purposes, it is important to keep all client data up-to-date in the contact management system and contact database.
- All shared office equipment used by the practice must be kept in working order at all times, and any issues must be reported to the facilities manager. Keep the office stocked with essentials like food and drink, and ensure that they are readily available as needed.
- Create and manage client files, generate reports and databases, and handle other record-keeping tasks to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Skills:
- a demonstrated ability to manage clients or provide excellent customer service. Finding problems or troubles that customers are having, proposing solutions, and getting those solutions implemented would all fall under this category.
- Having the independence and efficiency to get things done in a high-pressure, short-time frame
- Competence with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors is desired.
- It is ideal if applicants hold a bachelor’s degree, but they will also take into account their college credits and employment experience.
- One to two years’ experience in finance or a closely related field (billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.).
