All business and general ledger accounts are precisely reconciled by the Junior Accountant. Bank statements, credit cards, and audits of general ledger accounts on a quarterly, monthly, or annual basis are all examples. Financial preparation and account analysis, as well as financial variations and inaccuracy reporting, are among the responsibilities. Additional accounting software and Excel expertise are also advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Intercompany schedules are created and maintained to ensure accurate interest calculations and compliance with partnership agreements and management guidelines. Ascertains that the appropriate information is found and recorded (e.g. terms and accounts).
- Analyze contracts to ensure revenue reporting follows contract and technical recommendations.
- Aid in the resolution of accounting issues as they arise, and approach them with a solution-oriented perspective.
- Compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal duties is ensured by studying existing and future legislation, guaranteeing adherence to rules, and advising management on necessary steps.
- With each day, cash is posted to the account. The person who helps with this includes recording electronic wires and book transfers through daily cash receipts, as well as gathering any necessary backup (e.g. distribution calculation, supporting emails).
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Confidentiality of financial information maintains confidence and safeguards operations.
- Preparation and modification of depreciation schedules and journal entries (e.g. consistent application of accounts and depreciable lives).
- Orally and in writing, he has excellent English communication skills.
- Assists in the development of tax packages for companies and investment entities for submission to the tax department, including debt sections.
Skills:
- In a fast-paced setting, the ability to work successfully under pressure, manage several conflicting goals, and fulfil deadlines is required.
- People who want to work in accounting or finance need to have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (equivalent experience considered)
- Has outstanding analytical abilities, is a natural mathematician, and pays close attention to detail. Has accounting software experience, such as Great Plains ERP systems.
- Excellent MS Office abilities, especially intermediate MS Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- It is necessary to have one year of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting or finance job.
