Job Description
The Multimedia Designer’s job is to make plans and strategies more understandable and accessible through the use of visuals. This position’s responsibilities include developing new infographics, diagrams, charts, and maps to replace outdated designs used in internal and external presentations.

Qualifications:
- Maintaining a high rate of production while ensuring accuracy, quality standards, and meeting/exceeding production deadlines requires close cooperation with the sales and production teams to develop print files for daily orders of custom graphics.
- Find and implement novel methods of conveying information that improve precision, streamline template utilization, or enhance readability without sacrificing style.
- Recognize the principles and requirements for the project; participate and, as needed, ask questions to deepen your comprehension.
- Create rough sketches, models, and working prototypes of your ideas.
- Work together with Marketing to design and generate marketing communications materials like as sell sheets, flyers, ads and banner ads, packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
- Add and animate products in 2D and 3D settings using 3D modeling tools like KeyShot.
- Create logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form videos, illustrations, and animated visuals / graphics.
- Based on your own assessment and outside feedback, refine and generate final design solutions.
- Plan, develop, and oversee the production of all marketing materials.
- Maintain communication on the project’s progress and ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the organization’s requirements.
Skills:
- strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a propensity for functioning under pressure.
- Expertise in graphic design, art, and aesthetics, as well as photography and filmmaking, are essential.
- Be up-to-date with Adobe’s design software (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud).
- To collaborate successfully with people and teams of staff who have varying levels of technical ability, you need high-level interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to work as part of an integrated team in an office setting.
