Qualifications:
- Using in-depth interviews and on-the-ground observations, determine whether or not a country is politically safe while also keeping a look out for prospective dangers.

- you need to have a lot of experience in evaluating and evaluating things to change or come up with new ways to look at detailed findings and measure progress.
- Containment and/or capacity development projects may be affected by changes in political or security sector dynamics, human rights issues, or administrative management concerns.
- A variety of quantitative and qualitative techniques and systems are used to evaluate the structure of the organizational unit; management policies and practices; and administrative operations, processes and mechanisms; as well as their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge on legislative and policy changes impacting the government’s attitude and reactions in subject areas relevant to the country or region.
Skills:
- The candidate must have at least two years of experience working in a PMO or a BMO to be considered (e.g. financial management, schedule management, risk management, communications management)
